Quick Update...

My House ~
The septic man came out yesterday & said that everything is legal & that Scott did a good job on the sewer line, etc. He told my dad that at some point the line did need to be buried. My mom was saying that it's probably a good thing it hasn't been so it can be inspected. Then the man asked my dad if all this out here is Clyde Clardy's development. My dad said yes. The man said that this is his doing (well that made me feel better that it's not my coworker). He said that he would call the man at the health department & tell him he went out & everything is good & legal. What people intend for harm, the Lord turns into good.

My Mom ~
The cancer markers have come down again to less than 1/2 (see the right column for the #'s). My mom was supposed to go to the orthopedist on Monday but the appointment was rescheduled to Friday b/c my dad wasn't feeling well. Now my dad has been in a bad mood for the past couple of days & not been very nice to my mom. I am looking for someone to go over there one day a week & work for my parents to do a few things that they need. I have also asked my mom's one friend if she will take my mom to the doctor tomorrow (she's great & knows how much we value her and she loves my mom to death!). Please pray this works out - she's supposed to call my mom later today.
